As a board-certified, family practice physician, and a patient of Vitality Vein Care, although I live just over two hours away from this facility, I have still referred many patients to them, because they are worth the drive. I believe they provide the best of care to their patients, and with each patient I have sent, I continue to receive wonderful feedback regarding their experiences with Vitality Vein Care. I have consistently seen good outcomes, and some seem nearly miraculous, so, if anyone is hesitating for an evaluation, I believe they’re worth at least the first visit, and to receive the education they have regarding the condition that they find.

Had a round of treatments at the Prosper location about 18 months ago and decided to follow-up at the Allen location. Recognized Omar who greeted me and took some new medical information, and Audrey who did the sonogram. They are both from the Prosper location and I loved working with them before. Didn’t know Josh who will be doing a couple of procedures for me but he is a delight. I enjoyed talking with him and getting to know him. He explained everything in detail. The Prosper location is great but so is Allen. Chose the one closest to your home. You will not be disappointed by any of the staff.

I have visited both Prosper and Allen locations. Let’s start with first visit was through with Omar and Josh. Explained everything in detail. Second visit was with Dr Roberts first treatment, a little uncomfortable for me because numbing doesn’t quite work for me but, he did what he could to keep it minimal. Then Audrey is amazing at trying I keep your mind off if it. My next visits with Audrey and Josh were smooth sailing, they answer any questions and make the process smooth. I would recommend them to anyone, as I was recommended by a co-worker/friend.

Everyone here is just so friendly and knowledgeable. They did a fantastic job in choosing employees. From front desk to NPs to the MDs and assistants, they are all great. I've had 6 treatments done on my veins so far and have 5 left. Dr. Hart is the sweetest physician I have ever met, and this is over 20 years of me seeing MDs of all specialties. He explains everything thoroughly and with detail. Dr. Roberts is also fantastic. Stephanie and Josh, the NPs, are both super knowledgeable and friendly as well. Omar, Nancy, Amber, etc. All are great. I can't remember everyone's names. I highly recommend anyone and everyone going here for vein treatment or problems. They truly care!
