"I don't usually write reviews, however the care and treatment received from the team at Vitality Vein Care in Prosper was outstanding and deserves a callout. Every single person I dealt with throughout the process from the reception, check in, check up, treatment and checkout was wonderful. They were on time, efficient, friendly and genuinely made you feel at home. Following diagnosis of a blood clot in my leg, I was referred to Vitality Vein Care. The initial assessment with Stephanie Sealy and Nicole and Dr Hart was comprehensive and highlighted that I had venous insufficiency in both legs. Stephanie took the time to walk me through a treatment plan, the process and what to expect. I had a lot of questions and she patiently answered all of them. Despite being a little apprehensive, I went through the entire treatment plan and couldn't be happier with the results. Stephanie and Nicole, were there every step of the way. Audrey was fantastic with the some of the more complicated procedures working with Josh and Dr Hart. Mary did a great job checking my progress on all the follow up visits Thanks also to all the warm welcomes from Omar, Nancy , Amber and Courtney + anyone I missed. "If I could leave 10 stars I would for the care I received at Vitality Vein Clinic! If you are considering treatment but nervous, keep reading…I did not enter my vein care journey lightly, I was incredibly anxious about the whole process but vein issues are part of my genetics and my legs were starting to feel so heavy it was impacting my ability to exercise, so I had to do something. Stephanie spent so much time with me my first visit explaining what was happening in my body and what the procedures recommended would involve. I felt comfortable with her explanations, and then promptly went home and my anxiety almost talked me out of it again. Instead of cancelling I called the office and asked to speak with Stephanie. She patiently and thoroughly explained everything again and answered all my questions so well I kept my appointment. I had 8 procedures in total performed by either Dr Hart, Dr Roberts, or Stephanie; Nicole, Mary, and Audrey were the vascular techs; and Omar was the MA who helped get me ready for all. This team is amazing and I’m sure the other providers and staff are equally as good! They all have incredible bedside manner and emotional intelligence and really took great care of me during the procedures and after. I could definitely keep going but I will end with this…from the moment I called for my first appointment to just finishing my 6 month follow up with Stephanie and Nicole, I have felt absolutely supported and taken care of by this clinic, the staff, and the providers! Best thing is the results. I had very itchy legs, lost some leg hair, heavy bruises and struggled to sleep at times. The transformation is incredible! My husband and I were greeted and welcomed right away, and seconds later Josh the NP walked out to wish me a Happy Birthday! So it snowed that they reviewed my file before I arrived and remembered it was my birthday!! They took me right into the exam room and the whole experience was professional, thorough and all staff took the time to discuss every step. Dr. Hart came into the exam room introduce Himself and also wished me a Happy Birthday!! "From my first appointment with them I have had great experiences the whole time. Luckily I was referred to them by my dermatologist and I am so glad I found Dr. Roberts and his team. Nicole did my ultrasound on day one and found that I had some vein blockages and blood clots which was causing me pain in my lower legs, my feet, legs and ankles. My ankles would swell every day after 3pm and I am a busy wife and mom with two little children. Being in pain every day was awful. I was misdiagnosed over 2 yrs ago by another very prominent vein doctor in Dallas, who obviously just wanted my money and to treat superficial spider veins cosmetically, that weren’t going away. This was a much bigger issue than cosmetics, I found out. I was getting zero results and still having leg issues and pain, that’s when I stopped going to the other dr. And that is when luckily my dermatologist referred me to Vitality. Thank goodness she did. I had a correct diagnosis with an ultrasound right off the bat with Vitality and I just finished having my second leg treated today. So far so good, the procedure was slightly nerve racking, but didn’t hurt and Dr. Roberts was fast, gentle, precise and amazing. Nicole was awesome too, super helpful and great, made me feel like I was part of the family. As well as everyone on their staff from front desk to insurance and the MA Triny who held my hand both days-she’s so sweet. They have all put me at ease during my 2 procedures and made me feel safe and much better. I am glad it’s over with b/c it’s slightly uncomfortable, but that’s part of having a procedure done. Once I am fully healed I am confident my legs will be back to normal, no more swelling and discomfort and no more scary blood clots. Vein disease is a very serious and scary problem and you don’t have to be over 60 to have it. I am fairly young and have had swelling in my legs and issues since my first pregnancy 6 yrs ago. I am grateful to Dr. Roberts and his entire team at Vitality for getting me back on my way to being healthy from the inside out. It’s so important we take good care of ourselves, we only get one body. Thank you all!! Appreciate you making me feel better again! Highly recommend them!"

"I went to Vitality Vein Care at the recommendation of my doctor a year and a half ago. My legs were really achy, and my veins really showed. A lot of broken veins. After a couple of procedures, I felt great! 1 & 1/2 years later I still feel great! The Doctors and staff are all wonderful! They make you feel very comfortable and that they are concerned about you. I wear my compression socks every day. The cosmetic procedures are so reasonable. Way lower that other doctors. I highly recommend this clinic!"

"I don't think there is enough space to justify my review, but I will try! In summary, I had been having issues with my leg for over 10 years. It started with a small visible vein (maybe 1/2 an inch), over time, it grew to a long and twisted protruding varicose vein, going from my mid-thigh, twisting on the left side of my thigh, down the back of my kne e, and to my ankle. Cosmetically it was bad (I wore shorts most the time). It was actually the physical pain that pushed me to seek treatment. The heaviness, pinching, aching, and warmth of my leg was just a few of the symptoms. After researching different Vein Clinics I decided to try this place out. I knew from my fist visit, this was the place to be. EVERY. SINGLE. STAFF MEMBER, is. very professional, polite, and has great bedside manner. I have nothing but, wonderful things to say about each Doctor, Nurse, Tech, and front desk personal in this place. The procedures were very quick and comfortable each time. The doctors were VERY good about explaining each step they did during the procedures. They were through, and answered all my questions. They do follow-up Ultrasounds a day or two after to make sure everything looks good. They are very careful and follow each safety protocol. I have finally finished all my procedures! NO MORE LEG PAIN! I couldn't believe how light my legs feel now! The snake (vein) has disappeared. I am so so so happy! My parents are now getting there treatments done here! "I made an appointment with Vitality to discuss treating spider veins. I have treated them with sclerotherapy for years and decided to visit an actual doctor to see what else could be done. This appointment was very eye-opening, and I'm so glad I went because I discovered these spider veins are caused by deeper vein issues; they are not just cosmetic. A sonogram was performed on both my legs as was a nerve test to determine underlying problems. The sonogram revealed areas that are causing the spider veins, and the staff explained the treatments available to correct them. These are done in the office with no down time. The staff was professional, helpful and very nice. I recommend Vitality Vein Care!"

"I just completed my last procedure at Vitality Vein Care. I know some of you that may be reading this might be afraid to do this. I was a little nervous but it’s SOOOOOOO worth it!! Todays procedure with Stephanie and Nicole was to finally get rid all those ugly spider veins. Yes, you feel some sticks from the needles but it’s over super quick with no lasting discomfort. They are so professional and great at what they do, but are also so cute and fun, and the procedure is over before you know it. It’s been almost a week since they worked their magic on me and besides the little marks from the needles, the spider veins are gone! And just in time for shorts and sandals!! Thank y’all so much!!"
"I went in expecting a dull, painful experience, and to my amazement and surprise the nurses were happy and fun. and helped me to laugh away the pinch. Each nurse took a leg and happily went to work erasing my spider veins. They both worked for an hour and completely obliterated those ugly veins! I am soooo happy! They wrapped them tightly after and gave very specific instruction in how to car for my legs. If you want to get rid of your ugly spider veins and enjoy the experience, this is THE place to go."
"WOW! From the moment I made the initial phone call to schedule an appointment to leaving their office today, I felt like I truly mattered and that they were going to be able to help me! Staff is incredibly friendly and attentive. I felt very comfortable with everyone and even Dr. Hart came into the room while I was having the scans on my legs done and introduced himself which was so nice! They all understood the amount of pain I’m in daily and were sympathetic to my specific situation! They all understood the amount of pain I’m in daily and were sympathetic to my specific situation! I am so happy to have a diagnosis and a treatment plan and I definitely couldn’t have chosen a better place for myself! They love what they do and it shows. I am always skeptical going to a new clinic but it was like I’d known them forever and they explained everything and made sure I understood how bad my legs are. Dorie even typed up all the procedures I need so I could review it all at home!
