"It’s a rare treat to have an entire medical office make you feel like Norm from “Cheers” (dated reference that pretty much only the patients will get!). Courtney is always super pleasant and friendly when I arrive or when scheduling. Omar is quick to get me situated and ready for my visit. And then there’s Aubrey and Josh. They take personal care-giving to an all time high. I truly feel they are invested in making the uncertainty of my situation comfortable and are genuinely interested in helping me understand what is happening, why it’s happening, and how we are going to navigate back to “healthy”. I wish the rest of my care providers were as communicative as the team there in Allen. Best care team anyone could hope for."
"I had to get a lot of work done in each of my legs, which meant a lot of visits between procedures and follow ups. The staff at Vitality Vein Care have been absolutely amazing throughout the process. They are so friendly, always happy to answer questions, and Josh and Audrey repeatedly let me talk their ears off during my procedures. While it’s safe to say I won’t miss having all of these ablations and sclerotherapy sessions done, I certainly WILL miss seeing them — I feel like they’ve become friends at this point!"
