I couldn't be happier with every aspect of my experience at this facility. The entire staff is terrific, and from the very beginning they were extremely friendly, accommodating, and thorough. I was referred to Vitality Vein Care by my primary doctor after experiencing swelling in my ankles that was becoming more frequent. My initial visit consisted of an ultrasound and after ward RN Stephanie was a wealth of knowledge, explaining every detail of what was causing the problem. She went into great detail of the types of procedures they perform to solve the issue and how it corrects it. She is also just as great a listener, and was ready and able to answer any questions or concerns I had. It's been a multi-step process, and I've now had three procedures with Dr. Hart that have gone very well, with no issues, only improvement. And every step of the way, Stephanie and Dr. Hart have explained what to expect - there have been no surprises, no concerns. All is going exactly as planned. I couldn't be any happier with the care they provide and the expertise they possess. Prior to my time with Vitality Vein Care, I had to deal with pain walking up or down stairs (and trying to hide it). I'm thrilled to be able to run up and down them, now, like I used to! I'm incredibly grateful.

From the very first discussion with Dr Hart, I not only learnt a lot about why such a Vein care is necessary, but then experienced it step by step. From the courtesy of the front office, to every experienced technician, and the treatment by Dr Hart and Dr Roberts has been exemplary. As an active individual with work related travel domestically and overseas, playing golf and pickleball, I now experience lesser soreness, lesser swelling, and the discoloration around the ankles is disappearing. Surely the right treatment at the right time by a team that cares and for that I remain very grateful.

Everyone here is just so friendly and knowledgeable. They did a fantastic job in choosing employees. From front desk to NPs to the MDs and assistants, they are all great. I've had 6 treatments done on my veins so far and have 5 left. Dr. Hart is the sweetest physician I have ever met, and this is over 20 years of me seeing MDs of all specialties. He explains everything thoroughly and with detail. Dr. Roberts is also fantastic. Stephanie and Josh, the NPs, are both super knowledgeable and friendly as well. Omar, Nancy, Amber, etc. All are great. I can't remember everyone's names. I highly recommend anyone and everyone going here for vein treatment or problems. They truly care!
